We had an absolutely incredible experience on our fishing charter last Friday. Captain David was outstanding—friendly, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable about the area and the different species we were targeting. This was our first time fishing here, and he made us feel completely comfortable from the start. My sister and I had flown in from Seattle, and this trip ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. Captain David put us right on the fish and gave us great guidance throughout the day, helping us land some truly monster tripletail. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time and learned along the way. If you’re considering booking a charter, don’t hesitate—this was a top-tier experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Three of us went out with David a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing time! He and his boat were prepared to put us on fish, we caught, Triple Tail, Blues and Croaker. David was knowledgeable of the area and moved us to a different spot if things slowed. We had a great time and were able to have fish for dinner and take fish home. I highly recommend him.

Great day fishing yesterday with Captain David. We caught some nice Tripletail fish. We booked a 3/5 deep sea charter but the weather didn't cooperate so we changed plans and fished closer to shore. I would highly recommend Fishing Devotion Character if you get the chance to book a personal fishing trip.

Had an amazing time out on the water! The weather was perfect, and Capt. David was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the trip. He made the whole experience enjoyable and easy, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced angler. Really good trip over spring break. Capt david has a great boat, premium tackle and equipment. Worked hard to find fish the whole time and we hammered em. Highly recommend.

We had the BEST time with Captain David on a beautiful day. As two inexperienced fishermen and an 8 year old, we didn’t know what we were getting into- but David took care of us made sure we had an amazing experience. We even followed around a pod of dolphins. Our fish were cleaned for us and ready to eat at the restaurant down the steet. 10 out of 10 day!!!

I was fortunate enough to have David as my guide for the second year in a row. He goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a wonderful experience on the water. The equipment is top notch and the boat (offshore) is very comfortable. We caught more than 10 species and David will let you harvest enough for meals and fillet them for you. If the timing is right you might even see a rocket launch from his boat.

We had a nice fishing trip and also got to see lots of wildlife. Nice boat and nice gear. Highly recommend.

Had a week to spend in Cocoa Beach and some free time from our pretty scheduled out week so what better than to fill it with a fishing trip. After some research I decided on Fishing Devotions and I am glad I did. The weather was not cooperating for open water so the Captain headed us in the more calmer waters of the Banana River and put us on to great trout fishing. Caught a few other species in the time we were out and got to learn about the ecology of the area. We hope to be back and when we do we will charter again with Fishing Devotions!
